Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets Shipping Policy
At checkout you are given a dropdown menu where several shipping methods are offered, UPS Ground Service, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Prices for all these services are shown at checkout so you can decide which you prefer based on your needs and/or budget. When choosing a shipping method please note that we DO NOT ship the same day. All orders received on a given workday Monday thru Friday are shipped within 48 hours, (2 days). If Ground shipping will get it to you in 3 days there is no point in picking 3day Select and paying the extra charges as we CANNOT refund shipping charges since they don't go to us they go to UPS.
UPS will deliver your purchase virtually anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Almost half the country is within 2 business days, M-F, of our location using UPS Ground Service,(see map below).

Please use the folowing color-coded UPS Ground Service Time-in-transit Map to determine the exact number of days it takes your purchase to reach you via UPS Ground. If your home or business is located in an area where UPS Ground Service is going to take too long to reach your location, please remember, you also have the option of Next Day air, 2nd Day air, or 3-day air available on this web site at checkout.
Exception #1: Holidays and weekends
If a 1 or 2 day holiday or a weekend is involved, your order will be delayed by that number of days. See Holiday Schedule for holidays observed by our staff. It is also possible that the shipper of choice may observe holidays that we do not which could also cause a delay in shipping.
Exception #2: eCheck payments
Although eCheck payments are welcomed at Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets, please note that a 3 or 4 day delay in processing will result due to funds being held by PayPal until the eCheck payment clears the bank.
All Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets are shipped insured, at our expense, in the unlikely event they are damaged during shipping. If, for any reason, your order is received damaged, please contact Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets at email@example.com as soon as possible so we may assist you in filing a claim for damages.
Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with email confirmation of your order and any available tracking information. Since we at Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets have no control over what happens to products after they are shipped we assume no responsibility for mistakes or damages caused by the shipping company of choice. We also assume no responsibility for lost or late shipments due to acts of God or inclement weather.
At Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets, we will always do our best to work with you to ensure that you receive your purchase in the safest, most economical and expedient manner possible.
Post Office Box Number: UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box number so if one is supplied to us we will attempt to contact you for a street address. If undue delays are caused by this we cannot be held responsible so No refunds or adjustments if a Post Office box number is supplied to us when you place your order.
Address is not in the UPS Data Base: Occasionally when attempting to ship a package we receive this message from UPS telling us that if we ship to the address provided that delivery may be delayed. If the address provided causes such delays we cannot be held responsible because we can only ship to the address you provide. No refunds or adjustments if your package is late or doesn't get delivered for this reason so please be sure the address you provide to us is valid and entered correctly.
